I believe what you are asking about are e-books. E-books can be checked out to an e-book reader device, as long as you have a current card with our library. We do have e-resource books -- books that can be read on the computer screen. These books are generally reference books, and are available through our catalog or databases. Again, you will need a library card to access these resources.
