How come I cannot run a program that requires java - java is a very common software used by many things why is this a problem seems like a simple thing that your admin could do if they just would?
I see this problem at all of your mid-continent libraries - please realase authorization to use java on all of your computers - it's a really a simple request - I cannot beleive that you do not already have this authorized already.

All thirty of our branches are governed by one computer system. I checked with our IT professionals about Java. Our system does have Java, however it is not the latest version published. The system does update it periodically though. The techs suggested that the problem could be your choice of browser. If you usually use Internet Explorer, you might try Chrome or Firefox instead.
